I was writing about those high flying birds who have no feet on the ground...
So today let's do the same: usually "the little things they make me so happy (all I wanna do is live by the sea)" (Oasis' It's good to be free), but now here "am I happy with that? no I'm not! I want more!"

The other day the legend Tony McCarrol said: "I've never taken advantage of the Oasis connections over the years. There have been a lot of offers and opportunities but I just never felt the need to. I've been living a really normal life, nothing much has been going on."
Let's take advantage :), life can't be normal.
Now, seriously, this is my wish list for you to remember for my birthday :), 9 June, that is also Pretty Green birthday.

Beady Eye best-selling vinyl singles 2011 +Liam collaborations

LONDON - 45: Balotelli! Former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher's Beady Eye scored the biggest selling vinyl singles of 2011, with The Roller, and three of their singles featuring in the top five of the year's best sellers, reports The Official Charts Company.
I remember when all the people (Noel included) always said that Beady Eye failed with their singles. They probably didn't know (in Noel's case: he pretended he didn't know) they released singles on vinyls only, and only a very few people have a vinyls player, they're for collectors only.
I remember Noel the victim was all worried: oh I may fail...

Meanwhile, it's official: Manchester City sponsor Heineken Jammin Festival this summer is in Milano, not Venice. There could be Noel Gallagher during his summer tour. He always copies Liam. Prepare the plums. Do you remember my post about our songs influenced by the Beatles (old post, see here), I wrote some other things. I wasn't even born, but we were influenced by our parents.

Balotelli walks into a school and asks if he can use the toilet

Manchester City star Mario Balotelli stunned college students when he parked his luxury Bentley outside their classrooms and strolled in to ask if he could use the toilet.
The eccentric Blues star turned up unannounced at the 1,800-pupil Xaverian College in Manchester around 1.30pm.
Parking his white Bentley in the car park he strolled into the Rusholme college’s canteen area to ask pupils where the toilets were.
After spending a penny he went into the staff room to speak to teachers.
Accompanied by three friends he then walked around the campus of the sixth form college followed by cheering Man City supporting students.
After staying for around 20 minutes Balotelli and his friends drove off – leaving amazed students frantically calling and texting their friends to tell them what happened.
Eighteen-year-old Edward Gasson was sitting in the canteen with friends when the Blues star arrived.
He said: “Balotelli parked his Bentley outside then came in and was asking where the toilets were, then he went to the teacher’s staff room.
“After that he was just walking round campus like he owned the place and everyone was following him around.
“It was amazing to see him but it was a bit ridiculous for him to come here – you would never expect it to happen.”
Fellow student Josh Keogh, also 18, said: “When he was walking around all the City fans were cheering him.
“He just seemed proper chilled. It was really weird to see him at our college but pretty amazing.”
A spokesperson for Catholic Xaverian College on Lower Park Road - which is located just a mile from City's former Maine Road ground - confirmed the star had visited the college.
They said: ‘Xaverian was delighted to receive a surprise visit from Mario, who chatted to some of the students at one of Manchester’s most successful colleges.
“We weren’t able to enrol him on any courses, but he is welcome back anytime.”
Excited pupils posted messages about the visit on Twitter.
Lauren Garnes tweeted: "Ok so Mario Balotelli randomly turned up at my college today, walked round for a bit and drove off in his white bentley.. average day really"
O'brien Richards wrote: "Balotelli walking aroun in my college", while another student tweeted: "Why is Balotelli even at xaverian college? Hahahhahahaaa"
One pupil added: "Why was balotelli rolling through my college? He has too much time on his hands man".
Balotelli played for City in the night before's Carling Cup semi final vs Liverpool at the Etihad Stadium but was substituted shortly before half time after suffering an injury.
The player last year wore a T-shirt with the words "Why always me?" after a string of headlines about his eccentric off-field behaviour.
In October 2010 he drove his Mercedes through an open security gate at a women's prison in Italy after deciding he would take a look around. He was questioned by prison officials for half an hour before he was allowed to leave.
Last October his Cheshire home was set on fire when a firework went off in the bathroom and at Christmas he walked into St John's Church, Chorlton, for midnight mass and put £200 into the collection tin.
It has also been reported that he drove around Manchester handing money to homeless people, although this was denied by Manchester City (but it was true).
In an interview with an Italian newspaper earlier this week he said: "I'm not mad, not at all – even if sometimes I do things that are a bit strange."

Balotelli: I have no friends in England, I'd rather go to Italy


MANCHESTER - Former AC Milan David Beckham meets again (last time in Los Angeles) AC Milan fan Mario Balotelli, this time @ derby.
Noel Gallagher would say: everybody hates the English people.
Despite what tabloids write ("Balotelli wants to stay in England", because all the people love him... of course tabloids too, 'cause they can write a lot of fake news about him), yesterday Mario said again that tabloids write a lot of bullshit, and again, also for the second time in a few days, that he could come back to Italy, 'cause he has no friends in England. And that he wouldn't go to Spain, no Barcelona and no Real Madrid.
I don't think Mario will stay @ City for a long time... and he can't miss games because of behaviour so many times... he needs his AC to do something to his head as they did with Cassano, Ibrahimovic...next one Tevez...
Yesterday Tevez refused Inter proposal and said he wants to play with Ibrahimovic (just like what Ronaldinho said... and then he joined AC with some good results).
Meanwhile, Beckham refused Paris Saint Germain and stays in Los Angeles. Also Tevez refused Paris.
Balotelli worked with both Mourinho and Mancini during his time at Inter Milan and reckons the Italian has the edge. Super Mario said: "On a personal level, I'd say first Mancini, then Mourinho.
"A coach must get 100 per cent out of a player and Mancini is good because that's what he's doing. Our relationship is great."
Mourinho used to insult him, Mancini helps him. Difference.

news about Tevez soap opera. Galliani will travel to Manchester. If Tevez joins us in these days, the idea is to present him just a few minutes before the derby at the stadium! Inter fans would die of jealousy :D (just like people towards Liam).
But the real situation of Carlitos is:
when Inter showed their interest in him, he wanted to speak in some interview, saying that he wants to join AC Milan only (he already refused Paris), also because he wants to play with Ibra. But his agent stopped him, because he knows at Manchester City they're still angry with him and don't want to make him happy.

Oasis mysteries: the curse

MANCHESTER - "Yhe curse of Oasis"... because 2012 is the year of predictions... A bit to mock Noel too. Godlike, lol.
You could notice that I quoted The Who ("I can see for miles"), "The Eiffel Tower and the Taj Mahal are mine to see on clear days, you thought that I would need a crystal ball to see right through the haze"...
"...from my crystal gazing eye, there shines a light, like dynamite..." Song: "Everybody's on the run" (choir & strings version), inspired by Italian maestro Morricone.
All the greatest albums in music history have some mystery in their artworks... see Led Zeppelin (accused of satanism), etc. (Noel is a fan, a bit secretly... and never mentions them in his lists of top bands or albums or songs, etc. but I remember in a backstage he was "dying" to meet them, he couldn't wait. Liam too).
Also notice that Noel in Heathen Chemistry in Paris (where they split) is the only one looking in another direction... That was the first album where every member wrote something and that year is when Noel started to think about a solo career (following the flop of Standing on the shoulder of giants), and also some solo song come from those 2001 sessions.
At the end one is expecting something to happen... I could put one of my subliminal images... like Brad Pitt's penis, lol. The dark could be: "all we know is that we don't know how it's gonna be... life on the other hand won't make you understand we're all part of a masterplan"...
You might think (quoting Noel) that some things are said under the effect of one or another thing ahaha but no I didn't spend £7,000 in bar as Noel last night, lol. Anyway, "in vino veritas"... then Noel surely doesn't drink wine ahaha
I know the weakest point of the video is George Best...but anyway he was a Manchester United player... and the strange thing is also that Liam is on the floor, as if he was dead.

and about jinx... now I know why we lost the derby...that after the 1-6, now at home, it should have been an easy win... the jinx Noel the grandfather "the scaredy cat, the poor City fan" (said by Liam) was at the stadium... (and with a new jacket eh...the same of when he met Del Piero, it's the jacket for the changing rooms...). Just like when he supported Back The Bid England 2018... that should have been an easy win... of course England lost the hosting.
In france, they think the same: when he was at the stadium for the World Cup supporting Italy, france lost ehehehehe 
Also, Oasis erased gigs in france in 2000 and split in Paris...

Messi does NOT deserve any more Golden Balls +Oasis competition

ZURICH - 3 are more than enough... with Barcelona there are many great players who play for him... in fact, with Argentina he doesn't play good. 
Xavi deserved it more. 
In Spain there are no defences...in Italy he would score half and would get injured... in fact, Messi vs Italian teams scored only 1 goal, on a penalty (he was uncorrect and even got a yellow card and had to repeat it), just last November. And he had to get a red card for another foul... just because he's called Messi, he wasn't sent off.
He's overrated... just like Noel Gallagher.
...some time ago Messi maybe said he wanted to be Noel in an Oasis tribute band... but then Messi said it wasn't true (why there are always lies around Noel?)
I love it when people say: oh Barcelona 70% ball possession, what a great football... 25% of it, it's ball possession in DEFENCE, called "melina" football (=losing time).
Slamming celebrities is my favourite activity :), did you notice? lol.
But I just say facts, it's not completely an opinion, it's more facts.

rumours say that Tevez is about to take a plane to Italy. Other rumours say the Heineken Jammin Festival 2012 this year will be in Milano instead of Venice. In any case, there would probably be Noel Galliga performing during his summer festivals tour ('cause Noel always copies - unknown word for him eh - the same things Liam does... marriages, divorces, concerts, first Milan then Rome, etc. just a few months later...must be that same management's fault... that management "not supporting"...).
I hope my tree of plums will give enough fruits for that day...
Anyway, I don't want to throw plums at Noel because of war... But I'm pretty sure there are some people around who would want tho :)

Mancini: Rooney got our captain sent off. We'll win the title now

MANCHESTER - Roberto Mancini last night accused Wayne Rooney of deliberately getting Vincent Kompany sent off.
Manchester City's skipper was red-carded after just 11 minutes of a thrilling derby for a two-footed lunge on Nani, although he clearly won the ball, without even touching Nani, who didn't even say anything.
Rooney ran to referee Chris Foy to complain. Mancini said: "It was not a red card. Rooney told him his decision. This type of tackle happened with Rio Ferdinand and other United defenders many times.
"The red card for Vinnie? No, it's impossible. But I don't want to talk about the referee because I want to stay on the bench for the next game."
City last night appealed against Kompany's dismissal which will carry a 4-game ban for their skipper because he has already been sent off this season. He would miss the league leaders' Premier League games with Wigan and Tottenham and the two Carling Cup games with Liverpool.
City striker Sergio Aguero said: "I seldom try to find excuses or comment on the referees. But the unfair expulsion of Vincent conditioned the whole game."
Mancini was also fuming that his side were not awarded a penalty late on for a clear handball by Phil Jones, and the ref gave a corner kick (confirming that Jones touched the ball).
City's boss said: "Yes, it was a penalty."
He was full of praise for the way his team fought back after going down to 10 men after 12 minutes.
"We played a good game. I'm happy with our performance and proud of my players.
"We didn't concede any chances to United in the second half and that is not easy when we've got ten players against United."
Mancini has warned United: you might have won this battle but we will win the war.
Now he believes the same belief and strength of character the team showed will carry them to a Premier League title triumph.
Alex Ferguson was furious with his team as they allowed a dominant position to slip away in the second half.
Now it will be Liverpool playing at home vs United in the FA Cup, to do justice for City.

Manchester United buying referees, nothing new

MANCHESTER - Manchester derby, City-United, FA Cup. Balotelli didn't play. Breaking news: as I predicted, United thieves clearly paid the referee... wasn't the English football the most tolerant for hard tackles? most absurd thing ever seen. They made a fool of themselves. Noel Gallagher would say: everybody hates the English. Mancini is even laughing. Our main defender and captain sent off after a few minutes: Kompany even took the ball only and got a red card. It wasn't even a yellow, wasn't even a foul! the United player is standing and doesn't say anything! The referee is miles away and judges on what Rooney claims! He's asking for a nonsense red card, saddest thing ever seen. Didn't they say that only in Italy these things happened?
Of course, for some United real tackles from behind, not even a yellow. Then the ref started to use cards, as if he felt he made a big mistake against City.
Now United supporters, them big bitches, are saying that also in the 1-6 they played without a player sent off...ah! that was a CLEAR red card, and it was in the second half!
This is a COMPLETE joke! handball in the box, it's a penalty for City and the ref gave a corner kick! so he clearly touched the ball!
Man of the match: the ref Chris Foy new footballer signed by Ferguson. Wondering why there were already so many Facebook pages against him... even with a fame of United fan...
City playing with 10 players vs United with 12...
Ok then let them go on in the FA Cup... we're gonna win the league.
What a joke... fake game. This match sould be re-played.
And City was even making a miracle in the second half...almost a draw. Even the supporters of other clubs on the websites around feel it's a big injustice, an outrageous scandal.
Two feet or not, Kompany won the ball and barely touched the player who didn't go down or moan to the ref. One of the best tackles ever seen. RIP football.

City is becoming great but clearly has no "political" weight yet, that is necessary in the long run. It seems they're slaves of some other teams... If they're giving Tevez to Inter, I'm not going to follow this club anymore.

Today I'm on strike and I'm not posting anything about Oasis. Very disappointing day.

Noel: Balotelli is not of this world


MANCHESTER - Derby day (FA Cup, only one game), it's not sure if Balotelli is playing (he is "injured"...= punished for some other disaster, lol). According to Manchester United fans, Manchester City are "buying" trophies... yeah, it's always better than buying referees. Oh, today it's not Webb...
They say "Utd will always win, money can't make you win"...the sentence is pointless, already contains the fact that something else is necessary, and we have it and we are winning.
They say "we always proved you were wrong"... yeah just like before the 1-6 when they said Balotelli was celebrating with fireworks too soon, 2 days before... he's a prophet. Just like Liam Gallagher, predicting things.
Other bullshit from red supporters: "winning the derby 1-6 doesn't win any cup".... right, but gives +3 points to win the league.
Arsenal got Henry, now United got Scholes back... next one: Shilton. They're desperate. The blues made them mad.
I noticed that even Man Utd fans love Balotelli... As I said a lot of time ago: at first you hate him, then you love him.

DiLello, longest cocktail party, feat. Johnny Depp and Pretty Green

MILAN - Only the most beautiful people have their birthday on 9 June: Johnny Depp, Pretty Green and me :) and my sister (almost forgot her :).
He played guitar with Oasis (Fade In-Out and Fade Away warchild version  - Kate Moss playing tambourine, Liam & Lisa backing vocals).

former Oasis-Beady Eye frontman Liam Gallagher said there won't be a tour this year for the new album, because he's busy producing a Beatles film.
- the script is already written 
- maybe starring Johnny Depp (if it's possible to afford him)
- the clothes used are by Pretty Green (fashion line started in Milan) and the PG staff is preparing them (almost finished)
- the music is by the Beatles (if it's possible to have some rights), above all, maybe also covered by Beady Eye.
Liam doesn't know when it's completed (first, make a party is faster :) but we'll post news.
Meanwhile, you can read the book..

"The Longest Cocktail Party: An Insider's Diary of the Beatles, Their Million-dollar Apple Empire and Its Wild Rise and Fall" is a rock history book by Richard DiLello, published in 1973 by Playboy Press, and reprinted in 1981 and 2005. The Longest Cocktail Party is one man's account of the history of The Beatles company Apple Corps, the breakup of the Beatles, and the beginning of their solo careers. The title is a reference to the press office's habit of entertaining members of the media, and the company's potential business partners, with expensive drinks, luncheons and perks — which ultimately led to a financial and spiritual hangover, as did the unrealised potential of the company.
DiLello served as the "house hippie" (formally termed Client Liaison Officer; a sort of in-house youth consultant and gofer) at Apple's Savile Row headquarters, from 1968 until 1970, becoming one-on-one acquainted with each of the Beatles, many of their wives and girlfriends, and also the inner circle of agents, managers, and others who worked for and with Apple. These included business manager Allen Klein, attorneys Lee Eastman and John Eastman, road managers (and Apple directors) Mal Evans and Neil Aspinall, press agent and author Derek Taylor, members of Apple bands Badfinger and White Trash, the staff and the countless visitors to the office.

In addition to shooting the cover portrait of Badfinger for their "Straight Up" album, DiLello also went on to write the script for the 1983 Sean Penn film "Bad Boys". This seemed an obvious avenue for DiLello, as "The Longest Cocktail Party" nearly functions as a film script in itself.
The several appendices to the book include the full text of the self-penned 'interview' issued by Paul McCartney with the prerelease copies of his first solo album ("McCartney"), that effectively announced the band's breakup in April 1970; a discography of Apple Records releases; a list of the Beatles' achievements as recording artists; and text of several British news articles about Apple.
On Friday 7 May 2010, it was confirmed that the book is to be made into a feature film. It is currently in development by Liam Gallagher's In 1 Productions.

The album's title was taken from the words made famous by Sir Isaac Newton: "If I can see further than anyone else, it is only because I am standing on the shoulders of giants". Noel saw the quote on the side of a £2 coin while in a pub and liked it so much he thought it would be a suitable name for the new album. He then wrote the name on the side of a cigarette packet while drunk. When he awoke in the morning, he realised he had written "Standing on the Shoulder of Giants", not "shoulders"

as all the greatest music albums covers, almost all Oasis albums covers have summat mysterious, it seems a curse. The last one had an atomic bomb... then they split. In '95 they put the pier of Weston-super-Mare on "Roll with it" cover, then it was burnt

Music never moved anything, not even in the '60s, at Vietnam times. Rock influences look, attitudes, but not politics. Maybe knowing him Lennon was an idiot, I wouldn't got on well with him and would have hated him. People speak too much of his life, pacifism, and so on, I'm interested only in his songs.

For going around we were still using a tour bus, and as it was our first time there, we had a big surprise when a bus full of British people overtook us, all of them smiling and waving their hands but suddenly they turned and showed us their arses ahahaha

I was at 3 Oasis gigs in 1 month, even climbing the Italian Alps, highest European mountains, and arriving first in Switzerland, my last Oasis gig, seen it on the front row in front of Noel winking an eye at me ;) (and Glasvegas did the same) playing as in room for me and two Swiss birds lol, the "veline" :))

..... Balotelli ahahaha and City symbol on Noel's guitar :). This tune was my alarm clock to wake up in the morning from '97 to 2000. At a 1997 gig after the first chord of 'Be here now' I was literally flying, gone fuckin' mad fer it, continuously shouting and jumping embraced with all the people. Best fun of my life.

A new Milan part with strange skyscrapers is gonna be called 'City Life'.
In his 'Tales From The Middle Of Nowhere', Noel refers to Italy as the bands’ 'spiritual home' and anyone who has been to an Oasis gig in Italy will know why. It’s fitting that Oasis have chosen Milan to stage the final show...
