The end of Oasis

Liam: Stone Roses better than sex

MILAN - Waiting for the Pope :), in a few days in Milano.
from Liam: "the Stone Roses live are better than sex... and I can say that, cos my misses is away in New York at the moment". He said he's going to as many shows from here on in, "going to be biblical". Liam, Milan: 17 July.
Oh, Noel Gallagher wanted to play at their gigs but they chose Beady Eye... what a loser. He said he would have even sold hotdogs... BDSM anal aNoel...

Noel's fans are sick... nothing new. "Noel or die" type. Celebrating his birthday... who cares? is he one of your family? get a life. Celebrating that he's getting old and shows to be 75 instead of 45... moaning about everything and young people, as an old man.
I even found Noel's fans comparing Oasis' "Live Forever" by Noel to "Little James" by Liam... (where of course Noel is God and Liam an idiot) ...says a lot about how idiotic they are. Little James was a song written for a child, it had to be simple. I find Live Forever quite a boring and trivial song (nothing lives forever), and Definitely Maybe a very overrated album (if there wasn't LIAM singing ALL the songs on the first album, just to remind them 'cause they don't know or they pretend they don't know, Noel would still play on the street - as Noel said: Noel learnt to sing in 2005). I prefer Boy with the Blues, I'm Outta Time, Morning Son, etc. by Liam. I think Noel's solo music is for unlucky buggers... he's trying to cover Oasis but does not sound rock'n'roll at all (as Noel said: he's not making rock'n'roll anymore).
I even found a girl (who was 5 years old in 1994, so she can know what Oasis were only from other people) uploading Oasis videos saying it's "Noel Gallagher" for the songs were he was singing... no no, it's not the same. Different band, Oasis were from another planet. And as his imaginary friend Gem says, it was not really Noel writing all his songs... of course in a band it's also other members adding something.
They even think that Noel and Liam making peace could change my mind about Noel... that's what THEY would do, following every single thing their idol does and thinks, as classic blinded fans without a brain.

Noel is gonna play at the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix... ahaha quite ironic for one who doesn't even have a driving license. Just as his song for Vauxhall cars (commercial for England national team). Just as his videos where he's Superman, an American hero who saves girls with a car... clearly, fiction.

poor Montecarlo fashion

MONTE-CARLO - To make old this photos, no Instagram was used...
The famous "beautiful women" here got worse, compared to years ago, also those attending the weekend, on the yachts too, fat, old and ugly.
Friday is the the "day off" for the Formula1 here... cellulite festival: the "fashion" night show in Monaco (Amber Lounge GP afterparty) is the most overrated and poorest I've ever seen... (poorest not for the money of course, but in terms of quality). They even think those are models... Jesus, even little towns in Italy could have better ones. Even CAMPINGS have better fashion nights with cute simple girls from all the countries. And here they're in fucking "Montecarlò".. As always, french fashion: second rate.
It reminds me of a french word: parvenu... (people who quickly became rich but still behave as when they were poor... they're not able to be rich... then: better to be poor, instead).
Not to mention the "Princess"... looks like a man, I have a different idea for "beautiful woman".

their fashion sense is second rate like their perfumes... there's tarts and whores but I'm much more... they can't light a fire, cook or sew... the small fame that I've acquired has brought me into cult status...

after yesterday's, another song by Paul Weller:

the Jam, Butterfly collector, feat. mod Milano Lambretta

by the way, also another one of the "prettiest places in Milan": I've read somewhere that the "Oasi delle farfalle" has opened again (Butterflies oasis museum, inside Montanelli park with the amazing Villa Reale, close to AC Milan headquarters, people used to get married @ Palazzo Dugnani), and butterflies even alight on you.
You know, butterflies live only for a few days and for them it's not important to stay inside there or "open air": butterflies exist just to fuck together, lol

the fool on the hill and I feel fine (out of the sinking)

MILAN - Yesterday was the modfather's birthday, Paul Weller (54), Pretty Green big fan and one of the top people saying Noel Gallagher is telling lies.
Soon also Noel's birthday (75 years old).
As Oasis' "D'you know what I mean" said (really the top of overrated Noel Gallagher's songwriting eh... copying even 2 titles of Beatles songs in one line... and with the same chords of Wonderwall, another one of the series). "Godlike Genius" and the people could not vote.
Liam and Pretty Green then mocked Noel (blaming PG for the Oasis split, one of many excuses) with the "Fool on the hill" overcoat. Liam: most overrated musician? "has to be Noel Gallagher" (also, the man who had to pay the most money for copying).
The photo (model: Elena) is one of the prettiest places in Milan: "il Monte Stella" (the Star Mountain), "Muntagnetta" in Milanese dialect. It's near where Oasis had to play the first time in Milan (1995, Palalido, close to the legendary San Siro stadium, but they played @ Rolling Stone disco). It's a nice hill (fucking in the bushes :) with a view of the city and the whole Alps mountains (it's good to go by bicycle) but underground it's made of rubbish... it's artificial. Noel Gallagher would hate these "fucking Greens" things (is there anything that moaning old man doesn't hate? yesterday again on his blog).
Need a hill to stay out of the sinking...
[other pretty places in the next episode ;]

Out of the sinking, Paul in Vigevano (near Milano) 12 July

Fools gold, Stone Roses in Milan 17 July
I'm standing alone, I'm watching you all, I'm seeing you sinking...

Pretty Green womenswear

LONDON - As Pretty Green female model we had suggested Keeley Hazell 'cause she's a British icon. But she lives in America now, Hollywood. Anyway, here's a similar type of model.
Liam Gallagher was speechless as he indulged in the perks of being a rock star during a recent shoot for his fashion brand. The former Oasis-turned-Beady Eye frontman was flashed by glamour model Emma Glover 50 times as she modelled items in the latest collection of Pretty Green items.
Emma had to expose herself in one of Liam’s trademark parka jackets for the clothing line’s advertisements.
She said: “I had to redo the flash about 50 times so they could get it right”. She also said she was wearing "new stuff for Pretty Green" (not to be thrown at cows, lol).
It’s not the only recent occasion that Liam has been lost for words – he was “speechless” after watching The Stone Roses return at a hastily organised free show in Warrington, taking his seat to a crowd chant of "Liam!"

2010 video
(fake plastic boobs, lol)

Stone Roses back after 16 years, Liam attending

WARRINGTON - Liam Gallagher was there, taking his seat on the balcony to a crowd chant of "Liam!"
The Stone Roses' original line-up played their first gig in 16 years tonight (23 May) at 1,100 capacity Warrington's Parr Hall (where Beady Eye play on 28 June) and will play in Milan on 17 July.
Ian Brown, John Squire, Mani and Reni - who played his last full show with the band in 1990 - took to the stage after announcing the free gig earlier today, just hours before show time, via the band's official site. Fans were able to collect one wristband per person. To qualify, fans needed to take a Stone Roses CD inlay cover, record sleeve, official band T-shirt or Heaton Park ticket with them.
Not all Stone Roses fans were over the moon with the concert though. Some people with tickets for the Heaton Park concerts felt that they had already paid to see the legendary band's reunion and last night's free concert was 'unfair.
The Stone Roses played the following setlist:

I Wanna Be Adored
Mersey Paradise
Sally Cinnamon
Made Of Stone
(Song For My) Sugar Spun Sister
Where Angels Play
Shoot You Down
Tightrope
Waterfall
She Bangs The Drums
Love Spreads (which Brown dedicated to "The North West of England")

more stuff to add soon
(not to be thrown at cows)

The millionaire Noel Berlusconi ("only a rich politician is a good politician", "them fucking communists" series) is back, from his blog today:
"cloth eared communist fuckers!" (= coglioni comunisti duri d'orecchio)
gotta love Noel (lol)
I've read that a "mutual pal" said Liam and Noel Gallagher are in contact through sms... ("thanks to Manchester City winning the league"). And who is this friend? why no name? mafia? "a source said" series?
Liam and Noel were in contact through sms last Christmas too, despite Noel had said he wouldn't have texted Liam (classic double Noel).
Of course Noel's tabloids wrote about Oasis reforming, without considering that Noel always said absolutely no reunion (classic double Noel... he knows well there will be a reunion someday, he's too interested in money...) and he would probably leave them for the 4th time...

r.i.p. Robin Gibb (Bee Gees)

LONDON - How deep is your love. Bee Gees also in a Liam Gallagher-Andy Bell's compilation of their favourite songs we made. Liam wrote "Robin Gibb legend". Only one "BG" of 4 brothers is still alive, Barry the older one.

Legendary Bee Gees singer Robin Gibb died last night after a brave battle against cancer.
His close family, who were with him when he passed away, said it was with great sadness they had to announce Robin, 62, lost his fight with colon cancer.
In a brief statement they said: “Sunday 20 May, 2012 at 10:46: The family of Robin Gibb, of the Bee Gees, announce with great sadness that Robin passed away today following his long battle with cancer and intestinal surgery.
"The family have asked that their privacy is respected at this very difficult time."
His sons Robin-John and Spencer, and wife Dwina and daughter Melissa were at his bedside at the London Clinic.
In April, Robin slipped into a 12-day coma after contracting pneumonia and was given just days to live.
But he shocked doctors by staging a remarkable recovery and was even communicating again with his family.
At the time Dr Andrew Thillainayagam, of Imperial College, London, said: “It is testament to Robin’s extraordinary courage, iron will and deep reserves of physical strength that he has overcome quite incredible odds.”
Gibb, who had undergone intestinal surgery, notched up dozens of hits with brothers Maurice and Barry - as performers and writers - and sold more than 200 million records.
Paul Gambaccini said: "He was one of the most important people in the history of British music."

Stayin' alive
my father's style in the '70s, lol. tight trousers and shirts with big collar. I had it 20 years ago in the 90s before Oasis when I had the Saturday night fever :), just as Noel... I still have a shirt of that McLaren SILVER colour... how many times I used it: ONE, lol (a New Year's Eve in a disco by Como lake where Liam always goes... everybody was looking at me ahahaha)

Chelsea blues Europe champions, Italians rule

MUNICH - The triumph of blues (Chelsea & City). Italian Roberto Di Matteo, London Chelsea new manager, is the new European champion, excellent result (first Champions League won by a London club). He recently won the FA Cup too (England national cup) and with Mancini winning the English Premier League, Italians totally rule even more, beating Bayern Munich on penalties, despite Bayern München were playing at home and Chelsea had important players out (Terry). It's in their destiny...Germans always lose vs Italians...
Before the game, the English fans had a "pride of London" banner, Germans had "unsere Stadt, unser Stadion, unser Pokal" (our city, our stadium, our cup)... yes, ahahaha. It's a classic of Champions League finals, the arrogant ones always lose.
Goals (1-1) in the final minutes by Muller and Drogba who also caused a penalty during the extra time, failed by Robben (Cech saved it). Well deserved, as they had beaten Barcelona too.
We fucking hate shite Arsenal (Noel Gallagher would say: "fuck off french Wenger and his socialist football"), shite Tottenham (who behaved as little pieces of shits, both the fans and staff, when playing vs AC Milan) and shite West Ham (Noel Gallagher would say: "them fucking communists"), so we're even more delighted... always liked Chelsea. (Not even to mention cheating Manchester United).
They said Chelsea will change manager, but they should confirm him for the next season too.
More stuff, photos and highlights video to add soon.

from Zani: Paul Gallagher on Manchester City

LONDON - Sunday 13th March 2012 is a day that will live as long in the memory as the past 46 years have. My football club, Manchester City, have finally landed the biggest prize in English football ' THE PREMIER TITLE'. For as long as I can remember we have been the club that cocked things up.
Up until last season, when we won the FA Cup, the last thing we had won was the League Cup in 1976 and the odd promotion after being relegated back and forward from the top league.
Even in 1999 when we won the League Two play off final, when we came back from the dead against Gillingham, nothing compared to this.
As a Manchester City fan I have been to some duff grounds. I can recall Crewe, Stockport, Huddersfield, Barnsley, Notts County, Wycombe, Stockport, and Lincoln amongst several of the lower ones.
I recall losing the Full Members Cup Final to Chelsea in 1986 at Wembley 5-4 after being 5-1 down.
Too little too late.
This is Manchester City.
Perennial failures.
I have watched and hidden after our city rivals Manchester United have won trophy after trophy in my lifetime.
As their glory hunting fans from all points of the globe have sniggered at my support for my club.
But as a City fan, you never wane, call it blind faith or stupidity, there is just something about that club that's in my bones.
I was locked inside Maine Road in 1981 after City drew 0-0 with Stoke City. I was 15. I had collapsed in the kippax, I've no idea why, and was carted to the St Johns Ambulance on the other side of the ground to get aid.
I was given Bovril and met the then manager John Bond. I was left there in the empty stadium to make my own way out of the ground and make the 4-mile walk home.
I finally escaped through an unlocked gate in between the main stand and the north stand.
I got into my bed at midnight and into school the next day, to tell my tale
I must admit that on Sunday at 91 minutes, for the first time 1-2 down at home to QPR in the final game of the season, I got nervous.
I don't usually get nervous, I berate fellow City fans for flapping when we play United or are in a big game.
What if we didn't score?
What if that undeserving club from across the city got their hands on their 20th league title – oh my life would be unbearable all summer and beyond, the texts from rival fans were hitting my phone, twitter, facebook, email, life was going horribly wrong – again.
And then.
Edin Dzeko scored to make it 2-2, get another, quick.
Then time stopped.
The final whistle.
Cue the tears 44 years of being laughed at, ridiculed.
I cried, and I am not one bit ashamed to say so, I still have tears in my eyes.
You see no matter what happens from here on in, we did it, we won, my team, Manchester City won the Premier League in the last minute, in the last game, with the last attack of the match.
You can throw what you want at us, the money, the Arabs, the ground, the players, the manager, but one thing never changes – the fans will always be there right to the end.
May the force ALWAYS be with you.

Alan returns to music to cause chaos

NEW YORK - Noel Gallagher changed ideas (let's say so), but he's not the only one. There's a shadow hanging over him.
Retired rock mogul Alan McGee is pondering a return to the music industry in a bid to stem the tide of TV talent show stars created by Simon Cowell.
The outspoken MCGee co-founded independent label Creation Records and was famous for discovering Oasis in the early 1990s.
He helped the rockers become one of the biggest rock bands of the decade, but turned his back on managing acts when he closed his other label, Poptones, and subsequently retired in 2007.
He has since stayed away from the spotlight and has concentrated on art and setting up a film company, but admits he has been tempted to make a return to music business following an offer from Japanese investors, who look set to offer him an unspecified A&R job.
Mcgee is seriously considering the offer after being left unimpressed by the current state of the music charts.
In a blog for The Huffington Post (website that was targeted with a multimillion dollar lawsuit filed in United States District Court in New York on behalf of thousands of uncompensated bloggers), he writes, "I am also going to meet some people in Japan who want to bring me back into music.
"If I'm honest, I am torn on this but at the same (time) I feel it's almost a public duty to cause chaos in the world of Simon Cowell and co.
"On the flip side, though I do love life in Wales doing my book/film/paintings... then I think why not go and take the meeting and sign up some big bands without deals and the new things out there that I love?
"The upside also is whilst there in Japan, I will see Noel (Gallagher) play (not really lucky to see him...) the Budokan (Tokyo venue) and Primal Scream play to 40,000 people at a festival. Plus, they say I can sign who I want and they seem to have the cash so in my book it's worth a little look at least."
He also reveals in his blog that he is currently working on a film project called Kubricks.
McGee made his name signing acts including Primal Scream, The Jesus And Mary Chain, Teenage Fanclub and My Bloody Valentine.

Noel ass licker websites are not following the Gallaghers carefully... just like Noel who doesn't know much about Oasis history and football. Their names are even bullshit as “live4ever”… call it “Noel4ever”. "Greatest Oasis website ever"... oh really? never heard about you... Noel Gallagher? oh really? never heard about you.
Liam had said no tour, he didn’t say no festivals. In fact, there’s no tour. (The gig @ Warrington Parr Hall is a warm-up for their support to the Stone Roses @ Heaton Park).
Why in the past months those websites didn't write things as “Despite NOEL Gallagher originally declaring his intention to avoid songs originally sung by Liam, and to play only 3 Oasis songs” (then played Whatever, Wonderwall, It’s good to be free, Supersonic, and not 3 but 10 Oasis songs) or “Despite NOEL Gallagher originally declaring his intention to avoid dialogues with fans…” or “Despite NOEL Gallagher originally blaming this and that for the Oasis split…” or “Despite NOEL Gallagher declaring Oasis failed in the Usa…” or “Despite NOEL Gallagher…” all the lies he’s telling…
and, more Liam gigs would be something good, more Noel lies NOT...

Man City triumph, Pretty Green sunglasses

MANCHESTER - New version, with the triumph added. Before the parade with the bus along the streets of Manchester, they were singing "Volare" (nel blu dipinto di blu) [Flying - in the blue painted of blue] by Modugno, dedicated to Mancini. As last year for the FA Cup, also this time there was no Mario Balotelli, he always disappears, lol. He came back to Italy again, as always... (too many travels...)
The Pretty Green sunglasses are now available, click here (in case of sunshiiiine :), cheap prices.

Meanwhile, the jinx - lazy fuck Noel Gallagher is planning a 2 year break... nothing new. His ass-lickers websites are even surprised: oh, they're lost without their media darling... (if only he shut the fuck up...). They didn't notice their idol continuously menaced to retire (things as "the band that is not a band but will disband in November", second album not ready, etc.), poor old victim (of course crying and always whining), to sell more albums... as to say: be careful people, this is the first and last album "by him"... (as his imaginary friend Gem said: not really by him...). Too hard work, too hard life writing 3 new songs every 3 years.
His "serious" websites (bullshit tabloids and similar) call his mother Peggy a "peacemaker" ahahaha hilarious, as the Oasis brothers didn't make peace and mummy boy Noel saved his own ass thanks to his mummy, avoiding the court, where he would have paid for all the lies he's telling.
Now he said: "It’s a happy camp at the moment because the record has been really well received. It is selling like hot cakes in England. We can’t get rid of them fast enough. I did not expect it."
Really well received as the 23 negative reviews, really well received as the 28th position in the most important chart outside home (Usa, there's no mummy there), of course selling well in England, a rainy depressed country (as he said: "everybody hates the English"), perfect for his depressing album, with people who often have to go to live abroad, as in Milan where it's one of the biggest communities, 'cause in England they have to drink a lot to forget their condition, as Noel spending £7,000 for a night in a bar, until the other night again, "horrific morning, terrible hangover"... at 45 years old, and father of 3, still drinking hard? There must be something wrong with you...
even Liam quit drinking hard.
Oh and on Noel's blog he finally admitted he loves Illuminati pyramids: "I do like a pyramid me . . . mysterious pointy things . . . I love 'em!!"

His ass licker websites are not following the Gallaghers carefully... just like Noel who doesn't know much about Oasis history and football. Their names are even bullshit as “live4ever”… call it “Noel4ever”. "Greatest Oasis website ever"... oh really? never heard about you... Noel Gallagher? oh really? never heard about you.

Manchester City champions 2012

MANCHESTER - Here they are, the English Premier League winners after 44 years in 1968. Wearing the jersey baptized by Oasis' Liam Gallagher before the season, with the song "Blue Moon".
Crazy day... we were desperate (1-2 for QPR Queens Park Rangers until 91.minute, unbelievable), but at the end 3-2 in three minutes, embracing also an old man shouting "come on blues", lol.
An old man? Noel Gallagher?
The jinx Noel tried everything to bring bad luck, predicting a difficult game, when it shouldn't have been. Barton most childish player ever, but his red card was not really decisive, Qpr played defensive at the end and still City couldn't score (on the contrary, it was QPR scoring).
Well deserved victory, also for beating Manchester United in both games, the famous 1-6 too.
Today the parade with the bus along the streets of blue Manchester.

"this is history!" - Mancini and Balotelli celebrating with Italian flags, as Liam in Milan

Italian hat ;)

36 minutes highlights video, Zabaleta, Dzeko, Aguero, final assist by Mario Balotelli, who played the final minutes, back after being disqualified + Man Utd and interviews

as for the FA Cup last year (after 45 years), I knew there was Liam today, or we wouldn't have won ;)
(again: 3 games lost with Noel @ stadium this year, 2 other lost when City wrote about him, -8 points...
jinx defeated on the day number 13 of May, his month)

today's The Day: afternoon glory

MANCHESTER - Manchester City 3 stars were only decorative, without a meaning... today (after the game vs QPR Queens Park Rangers), they'll get one... as the 2 leagues won, plus this one, the first since 1967-68 (oh since Noel Gallagher was born... what a jinx... today you lose, we finally defeated you). Now he even said he "believes in his brothers" ahahaha ...who both said he's a liar and a "fucking fake". Yeah we believe them. And he "believes in his wife"... who hates his music. Yeah we believe her.

Oasis

Bonehead to play on Beady Eye next album.
Now 1300 as Sunday 13, bad luck defeated.

Milanello - top video: Mark Van Bommel from Holland crying for leaving Milan... poor boy :(
...and he only stayed 1 year and a half, but already loved "the family".
his nickname: the General... General Dread, lol.
New player: Tevez or Balotelli.

Italian duo DJs from Mars, Back to Wonderwall

MILAN - As in one of my anticipatiiiions time ago, here they are, the Pretty Green sunglasses, you've seen them.
My idiotic models thought I "design sunglasses". The organizer (a french woman) of MonteCarlo Grand Prix must have confused me with another person. She asked me how are "your sweet children" ahaha (calling the kid BeadyEye by the end of the year ;)...er no... by the end of the world), but if she invites us there, it's ok ;)
The legend about me is growing :)
Next one: "I walk on water", lol
Next one: my name's Noel Gallagher and the songs are written by me.

Noel loves this (disco and house music one of his inspirations, ending in remixes at the end of his career, discos where he met Sara, he said now of course he's not going anymore).
Italian duo DJs from Mars: "Back to Wonderwall" features Liam's vocal line from the 1995 Oasis hit single backed by the Iconic intro riff from AC/DC’s "Back In Black" mixing in Skrillex and Knife Party's "Scary Monsters And Nice Sprites".
It's much better than Ryan Adams depressing version, he ruined the song and Noel's still playing that shit.
again the "singer of Oasis", the other day I read: Noel was Oasis' VOCALIST... Today: again, Noel former Oasis' frontman... on "SERIOUS" websites... he didn't form nor front a fucking anything. He's just former in the sense of ex... Didn't form Oasis 'cause it was Liam, didn't name Oasis 'cause it was Liam, didn't form any band 'cause he said the HFB is not a band ("but will disband in November").

"I got back from Disneyland with the kids and we got beat by Arsenal so we were eight points behind and I was getting loads of grief from United fans in Disneyland. Even Daffy Duck is a secret Red I think, he was having a pop, so I thought it was well and truly over then."
(Liam, photo @ Inside City tv)

Noel uncle Scrooge McDuck is a CELTIC fan...

this Sunday (@ AC Milan VS (Super)Novara :), legends Inzaghi, Nesta, Gattuso (+ Seedorf and Zambrotta, plus Van Bommel) leave AC Milan (revolution to have a new team), reminds me of the captains Baresi and Maldini.
2:25 Noel's idol Berlusconi. Anyway, I still meet Baresi everywhere I go, I think he lives inside Milanello, lol
song by "holy figure" (as Noel...) Mina from near Milan, about a man with a bad character as Liam (LOL, not true), but she still loves him, LOL
Noel: he's rude, arrogant, intimidating and lazy. He's the angriest man you'll ever meet. He's like a man with a fork in a world of soup.
Noel is not arrogant eh... insulting everybody and feeling to be God... and not lazy eh... 3 real new songs every 3 years... and a liar... He's like a man with an old spoon in a world of pizza...

End of.
Zeman: sono 22 o 23 ghghghghgh
la terza la possono mettere a Natale: la stella cometa mwahahahahahahaha
o sui bottiglioni degli ubriaconi per festeggiare...

City England champions & Hodgson England manager

MANCHESTER - Strange things are happening, it really seems it's going to be the end of the world.
Lullaby for the night. Mario Balotelli, Mancini, Beckham, the fireworks, the derby 1-6 vs United... After the FA Cup won with Liam, first cup in 35 years, it's easily one of my anticipatiiiions: on Sunday Manchester City is gonna win the first league in 44 years. Liam, thanks for bringing light and luck, unlike someone else... And I'll always repeat again and again: this year with Noel Gallagher the jinx, City lost 3 games and when City spoke about him interviewing Balotelli, City lost 2 other games... (-8 points at the end and all seemed lost). Noel also supporting England 2018: lost.

- 1 month to Euro 2012
new England manager Roy Hodgson "in the Pinetaina", lol
("English teacher" Mister Flanagan @ Mai Dire Gol)

Hodgson (ex Inter Milan) insulted (you were the tragedy, the disgrace of Inter)
asked why he let Roberto Carlos go away... he just goes away, lol

Pretty Green shops to sell vinyl records

LONDON - Launchin May 24 (for a limited period until 10 June), former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher is riding to the rescue of traditional high street record shops by selling vinyl albums through his Pretty Green chain of fashion stores.
The number of independent record shops in the UK has fallen from around 2,000 a decade ago to 300 today. However, vinyl sales rose by 40% last year (Beady Eye had the most selling vinyl singles) and are at their highest level since 2005, according to official figures.
Pretty Green, which was founded by Mr Gallagher in 2009, will sell a range of classic albums – from Exile on Main Street by The Rolling Stones to The Seldom Seen Kid by Elbow – from 10 of its shops for a limited period from the end of this month.
Customers will be able to buy the albums by browsing record sleeves on display in Pretty Green’s shop windows and then ordering them via a mobile telephone app. The records will then be delivered to the customer by post.
Brian Rose, the managing director of Universal Music UK’s commercial division, which is behind the venture, said: “We are seeing continued passion as well as new enthusiasm for vinyl through our online store Uvinyl and the great support the format gets from those indie music shops which are still flourishing.
“But by harnessing the latest technology we hope this partnership with Pretty Green will lead to much wider opportunities for selling music on the high street.”
Nigel Grant, Pretty Green’s brand director, said that selling records complements the clothing company’s brand and ideals.
The app, called Simply Tap, has been developed by technology company Mobile Money Network.
John Milliken, the company’s managing director, said: “Our instant mobile checkout allows shoppers to buy what they want, when they want it. People walking past the Pretty Green store window will be able to instantly buy vinyl records 24 hours a day, seven days a week and have them delivered to their preferred address.”
He said that the Pretty Green shops are “the first in a series of ways” that Mobile Money Network is planning to help Universal Music to sell music.

The Rolling Stones - Exile on Main Street, Let it Bleed, Beggars Banquet
The Who - Who's Next, Quadrophenia
Elbow - The Seldom Seen Kid
Paul Weller - Sonik Kicks
The Jam - All Mod Cons
The Cure - Disintegration
Ian Brown - The Greatest
Paul McCartney - McCartney, McCartney II

Italians rule: Newcastle-Manchester City 0-2 to win the Premier League

NEWCASTLE - Get ready to celebrate on Sunday (t-shirt "He comes from Italy" clicking here, 2 x £20, also other t-shirts, "Why always me" included)
direct live... GOOOOAALLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!! YAYAAAAAAAAAAAA by Yaya Toure, 70th minute, Balotelli-style goal.
City champions to win the title! (first one since 1968, Beatles-Flintstones times).
Aguero and Toure again could easily score a 2nd one, well deserved for the Blues.
0-2!!!!!!!!!!!!! TITLE ALMOST SURE DESPITE THE JINX NOEL AHAHAHAHAHAHA (3 games lost with him @ stadium, 2 other lost when City wrote about him).
"This is history!!!!!!!!!"
Liam: "Blue Moon rising. LG" ;)
(LeGend)
"Anybody know of any castles for sale in the MCR area...LG"
Highlights video soon.
Roberto Mancini is gonna win the English league: great success for the Italian managers, also Di Matteo with Chelsea won the FA Cup.
Italy+Argentina = triumph.
Noel = gay Brazil (where BOYS want to marry him and are even pregnant)
It's been a disaster for Brazilians @ AC Milan this year (Inter Milan too)... Pato = always injured, Thiago Silva = good but making mistakes and injured in the crucial period, Robinho = good but often injured and failing easy goals alone in front of the keeper.

Big party next Sunday 13 May (vs QPR Queens Park Rangers), even Noel Gallagher is invited, lol (NOT... he will be in Chile, fortunately)
Manchester United fans (vs Swansea) still listening on the radio, lol (better listen to some music...)

Juventus, scudetto maculato

"Appunto"... come diceva lui.
Guarda caso è pure diventato antipatico e disonesto.

End of.

This above is some of the controversy in the Serie A league that Juventus from Turin is gonna win after many years... it's a "spotted" victory... historically, they're The thieves, just like Del Piero's friend Noel Gallagher stealing music... the man who had to pay the most money.
This year they used a strategy, Noel-style: moaning about everything, whining for every referee decision (while AC Milan had many more wrong ones against them, even the "ghost" clear goal vs Juve), from the very beginning and even before, asking 450 millions of Euros to the football association for the damage (?) caused by themselves, the famous Calciopoli scandal, when they corrupted referees.
Their new manager is the ex Juve player Conte, a fake man wearing a wig... a man as funny as a post in the arse.
Noel is always invited to talk abot football on the radio (TalkSport), where of course the things he says are the most important in the world, as always, but I always find that he doesn't know much about football in general too... it seems like he wants to be the biggest fan in the world, but sounds like a casual fan (as Liam says: he's a poor City fan). Liam knows a lot about City and football.

Pretty Green sunglasses +Eighties

LONDON - Liam Gallagher's fashion brand Pretty Green has hired the creative agency Holler to handle its advertising.
Holler will be responsible for expanding the brand by repositioning it in the market, with the aim of attracting new customers as well as retaining existing ones.
The agency, which is part of Leo Burnett Group, will act as Pretty Green's lead shop alongside Neighbour, the branding and design specialist.
Holler will lead below-the-line digital communications for the brand as well as deal with strategy and communications planning for above-the-line media buys. The agency will also support brand developments, including the promotion of new season lines.
