Liam and Noel agree about the Glastonbury festival: will never go again

LONDON - Michael Eavis is a farmer, who founded the Glastonbury festival on his farm. Eavis stood as a candidate for the Labour in the 1997 elections. In 2004 however, he suggested that disillusioned Labour voters should switch their vote to the Green to protest at the Iraq War (perfect, Noel hates the Greens and said Iraq War was right). In May 2009, Eavis was nominated by Time magazine as one of the top 100 most influential people in the world.
Last year he said something about Oasis, sounding like a pathetic way to advertise the festival... If no-one's ever cancelled on him, it's good that it was Oasis doing it... Oasis split up not because they didn't go to Glastonbury... and as many said, the split was good... now we have double albums and double tours.

Liam Gallagher has strongly hinted that he will never agree to play at Glastonbury again.
The Beady Eye man said he is "never going there again" in reference to the Worthy Farm event, before complaining about the sound and celebrity liggers at the festival.
Speaking to the News Of The World, the former Oasis frontman said: "The sound is shit and really quiet".
"And now it's like Bond Street with mud, with loads of celebrities walking around in their boots and umbrellas. I'm not having it."
Liam's brother and former bandmate Noel has also criticised Michael Eavis' festival in recent years. He said that booking Jay-Z as a headliner in 2008 was "wrong".
The Gallaghers last played at Glastonbury in 2004, when Oasis headlined the Pyramid Stage.
Meanwhile, Beady Eye are scheduled to play at a number of other UK festivals this summer, including Somerset House, T In The Park and Reading And Leeds Festival.
