City now +7 points, 4th almost 3rd in Premier League, will play the Champions League qualifications in August (in case of 3rd place, will even go directly without preliminaries).
City already won the English league 2 times, but there wasn't the modern Champions League yet, they played the old version in 1968-69 only, won by AC Milan, nice coincidence :), (City had only a 0-0 and lost 2-1 vs Fenerbahçe).
A few weeks ago Mancini brought City to the first final in 30 years, and in case of win on Saturday, it will be the first cup in 35 years, and first FA Cup in 42 years.
Of course I don't think City could win the Champions League next year, but I've seen last year Inter Milan winning their first Champions League in 45 years, with 15 referee mistakes in a few games, and the Champions League sponsor was one among their business, Unicredit Bank from Milan, with the Portuguese player Figo, working in Inter staff, as the whole Champions League ambassador... And even more, the other team playing the final was Bayern Munich, sponsored by a bank related to Unicredit, oh too many strange coincidences eh. You know, nowadays it's the money that counts, unfortunately.
You can notice, Heineken is the main Champions League sponsor and also one among City's... that has always been a very honest team, recently insulted very often, because is now the richest one.
For once in our life: let's cheat, lol.
