Inter thieves born for a quarrel, the (cheating) 2nd team of Milan

MILAN - Some history repeating. Manchester City and Ac Milan are the real teams of the city, while Man Utd and Inter are supported more in other places, we say "cani e porci" ^_^, dogs and pigs support them.
Inter Milan club was founded on 9 March 1908 as Football Club Internazionale Milano, following a "schism" from the (AC) Milan Cricket and Football Club (43 members). A group of Italians and Swiss (Giorgio Muggiani, a painter who also designed the club's logo) were unhappy about the domination of Italians in the AC Milan team (founded by the English 9 years before, in 1899, the best team in the world football history), and broke away from them, leading to the creation of Internazionale. From the beginning, the club was open to foreign players and thus lived up to its founding name (still today they play almost always without Italians).
In 1928, during the Fascist era, the club was forced to merge with the Milanese Unione Sportiva and was renamed Ambrosiana SS Milano, because the name Internazionale was too similar to "Internazionale Comunista"............ (still today they have a left-winged president supporting communist things as "Emergency"). They wore white shirts around this time with a red cross emblazoned on it. This shirt design was inspired by the flag and coat of arms of the city of Milan, which in turn is derived from the flag of the patron saint of Milan, St. Ambrose and dates back to the 4th century AD.
It's not so true they're the only ones always playing in Serie A and never Serie B: in 1922 Inter were in Group B of the Serie A and came in last place after picking up only 11 points in the season. The last place team of each group was to be automatically relegated. The second last place teams were placed in a pre-relegation 'salvation' tournament. Inter and the main Italian sports newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport (today it's an Inter sponsor...........so you can imagine how news are given...) editor (Colombo) petitioned the FIGC to allow Inter to participate in Serie A the following year as a year in Serie B would have been financially detrimental. The FIGC saved Inter some weeks prior to the season starting by allowing them to remain in Serie A in 1923 (something similar happened to Juventus team).
So Inter played in Serie A thanks to the rules changed AFTER having played...
...hilarious post about them stealing championships as usual:

(100 years ago their first one was a joke, playing against CHILDREN for a protest, and often cheating in the last ones, as also the 2010 Champions League they finally won thanks to an incredible number of referee "strange" mistakes... and having "strange" relations with Champions League sponsor...)
