our advice from the past years is going to Just Cavalli in Milan on Thursday (or Friday) for a "happy hour" aperitivo about 19:00 (elegant or they don't let you enter, so Hamilton can't enter), usually there's a lot of good free food and beautiful women in a classy location (as Noel says : my Italian friends have beautiful women by their side... obviously not LIAM full of stupid ugly fangirls). If you want to have the chance to meet some drivers, Sunday night
