the "paninari" were an 80s subculture started in Milan, the name comes from panino, the Italian sandwich. They distinguished themselves by their designer clothes and for being right-wing (fascist). The "fucking communists" (as Noel says) antagonists were called "China"... (also for being fake).
Italian Stone Island and Milan RayBan were two of their fashion brands (the most worn by both the Gallagher brothers thru the years, even more than Adidas).
