PARIS - Noel Gallagher tried to be a jinx again with his evil eye (see list), saying England would have qualified only thanks to play-offs, but they did without.
To add to the list: he was born in 1967, since then England didn't win any cup anymore.

to save france, not only they qualified thanks to the referee, but also they put them in the European pot (despite being 9 teams instead of 8 and France having the worst ranking) and leaving the African pot with 7, with another draw for that one, so Italy and other teams could have like Brazil and Holland (or England) in the same group.
