Funny man Cassano, 29, was taken to hospital shortly after his side's 2-3 win in Roma against his ex team last Saturday.
The Italy international was said to have suffered impaired vision and had problems talking and moving.
Cassano recently stated football has left him exhausted and revealed he intends to quit the game in 2014.

Chief executive Adriano Galliani said: "The doctors say he will need a few months, not too many. He has told me that he's upset because he had been playing well."

So now there are rumours of ex Oasis guitarist ( :) ) Noel Gallagher's friend Alessandro Del Piero joining AC Milan and it's not sure Cassano can play the 2012 European Championship.
