READING - August is time for anniversaries... 10-11 August, Knebworth 15 years ago. 18 August, first gig 20 years ago. 28 August, split 2 years ago. I got to know about the end from Alan The Discoverer :). The beginning is the end is the beginning. To me nothing really changed, and it seems just yesterday. The Gallaghers are still making music.
Liam Gallagher kept a Beady Eye on the crowd at Reading festival this weekend - as the audience rolled around in the mud.
The former Oasis singer and owner of clothing label Pretty Green took to the NME/Radio1 stage on Friday night to perform with his new band.
He wore an army print jacket complemented by his trademark hairdo.
His wife Nicole Appleton watched from the side of the stage with their son Gene, who wore huge headphones to protect his ears.
Welly-wearing revellers donned rain-macs to try and avoid the terrible weather.
But they didn't let the floods of water stop their fun.
Liam wrote on his Twitter: "Reading and Leeds, proper festivals, thanx to all the kids who stuck around to see beady eye you were amazing. Ps.... I want one of those tents... LG x
Vote 10 stars for Beady Eye and 1 star for the other bands lol, here
(of course only stupid bands for little kids can win, as they idolise musicians that the Gallaghers slagged in the past)
