The City star says no other team can boast as good an attacking trio as City's.
And, in an interview with an Italian newspaper, the 20-year-old also rubbished claims Wayne Rooney is the best striker in the Premier League, saying the United star isn't even the best in Manchester.
"He is a very good player but not the best in Manchester," Balotelli told Extra Time.
"Our attack is the best in the world - better even than Barcelona and Real Madrid.
“We are the strongest and we can win things now - we just lack conviction."
Balotelli also fanned the flames ahead of the derby clash next month by claiming United fans would love to have him at Old Trafford.
He added: "Do United fans insult me? No, they stop me in the street and say: 'Mario, come to us',
"But I dream of beating them because I know how much the City fans care, they are wonderful with me."
vote for Mario&City here (as usual the result is not fair)
Mario is totally right. Here is not a comparison Balotelli-Messi, but Man City attack-Barcelona attack. They don't even have a good 3rd one. You should compare the MINUTES played, Balotelli scores more than 1 goal per match, Messi doesn't. Balotelli already won everything at 19 years old (Champions League-Italian league-Italian Cup), Messi at 25 a ghost who wasn't even able to pass a ball at the World Cup. Stats and eyes don't lie.
Defences in Spain are laughable. If Messi played in England he would be already injured at the 2nd game, in Italy he would score the half, as it's all about tactics.
Tonight again Oasis City vs Kasabian City :), but without Balotelli, injured.
In another trademark shock blast, Balotelli suggested his former boss at Inter Jose Mourinho (who accused Mario of being a kid) needs to grow up. Balotelli sensationally claimed: "Mourinho is the best coach in the world (is he?) but as a man he has a lot to learn about politeness and respect."
Balotelli went on to say Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini will surpass Mourinho.
He added: "Mancini's the most important coach I've had. Soon he'll be the best in the world.
"As a man he's 10km ahead of Mourinho." The Italian said: "I don't believe Messi deserved the Ballon d'Or (Golden Ball), as it should've gone to Wesley Sneijder." In fact even Messi was surprised to receive the prize. I even have to defend Inter... If the usual Fifa idiots didn't consider the World Cup as important ('cause Messi didn't do anything there), then it's a nonsense to exclude Inter's Milito, who also didn't do anything there ('cause Maradona didn't make him play) but scored so many important goals, also winning the Champions League.
Here about Mourinho, Mario was even more than right. What a legend.
Then he also praised Ibrahimovic, saying he's so great "that he's on another planet", and answered to Berlusconi (who said Cassano is the best Italian talent), saying that "he's wrong or he knows Balotelli only a few", and according to him the best Italian is Giovinco.
