They played a barnstorming set on Saturday night ahead of the Roses taking to the stage. And Burnage boy Liam delighted Oasis fans by performing two of his former band's songs with Beady Eye, Morning Glory and Rock 'n' Roll Star which he promptly dedicated to "the one and only Mr Ian Brown" . The band also treated the crowds to new Liam-penned song World Not Set In Stone - a song title not unlike something we'd expect from the Stone Roses themselves, we reckon! (dedicated to the La's Lee Mavers)
Liam was later pictured backstage with his wife, former pop star Nicole Appleton, and tv presenter Holly Willoughby, enjoying the Stone Roses gig. Liam had earlier told Elizabeth Alker in an interview for BBC6 Music that he'd felt relaxed about the gig and that he'd even have played support for the Roses if Oasis were still together. He said: "I'd always had my fingers crossed, I'd have even done it with Oasis, I'm not one of those people who'd say "Im not supporting you cause we're as big as you" or whatever. Life's too short you've got to drop your guard and just have a good time, it doesn't matter who is headlining. As long as it's happening it's great, I'm so happy." He revealed Beady Eye's new album is "going great" and he said he hopes that both Beady Eye and the Stone Roses will both release new albums next year. "That'd be nice," he said.

Meanwhile, the leech Noel Gallagher is depressing himself and his depressed fans with the "new" song "It makes me wanna cry", using again and again the same chords of Wonderwall, as for If I Had A Gun, D'You Know What I Mean, etc. chronically in lack of inspiration, always taking stuff from other people and himself in old sessions, with his imaginary friend Gem Archer saying the new songs are not by Noel.
Nothing new from the man who had to pay the most money for copying songs in music history, and as solo artist winning only the prize of Godlike Genius without the people voting.
I've heard his wife, who hates his music, says he's useless... Noel said it's the same for every couple. No.
Besides, Noel always said he doesn't believe in God, and in his songs he often names God... classic double Noel, not sure of anything. Insecure even about why he left Oasis...
His fans are desperate, the more his songs suck and are all the same depressing shit, the more his blinded fans sound crazy about them... someone please help them.
