the Britalian Milan site for pure Beady Eye, Pretty Green, Oasis, and City fans

and you're singing Shangri-La

MAHON - Es Grao, this is where the "Shangri-La" (a group of villas) of Oasis' "Idler's dream" comes from, the only Oasis song with piano only. My place in my Brit island Minorca, when Noel Gallagher was travelling to Balearic islands (Islas Baleares) and met Sara in 2000 (after Beady Eye...ehm...Oasis were performing their first gig, that was in Milan). Also, the place where McLaren used to test the cars (now it's not allowed in the new Formula 1 rules). And the typical drink, lemon Pomada with British gin, Beady Eye's "alcohol lemon haze".
Also, the place where I fell on a cactus just like (Italian origins) Lindsay Lohan... hilarious night. It was the alcohol lemon haze.
Also, place for birdwatching...the High Flying Birds watching (in the park behind, S'Albufera d'Es Grao, with the lake, connected to the sea).
That time Oasis argued in Barcelona (May 2000, issue: Noel's daughter Anais...Liam claimed she wasn't his daughter, lol), of course Noel left the band as usual, erased the french gigs and Liam started again from Milan, touring without Noel for some months.

paradise closer than ever. Away from confusion and expensive life, to discover real holidays and relax. It's a very British island. Menorca has:
- the most beautiful sea around Europe
- the most beautiful disco in Europe, in a cave, Cova d'en Xoroi
- quietness, not the crazy life of Ibiza
- not very high prices
- a small place that you feel all yours
- nudism is allowed eh eh, so it happens that you find girls undressing without asking them, lol
- the most beautiful girls come here on holidays
- they come here (and/or have a house here) : football player Raúl, the King of Spain, Eric Clapton, Michael Douglas in Son Parc, and the mother of Elton John ghghgh (I don't know if she's one of the most beautiful girls ahaha)
- no arrogant rich men, as Briatore and his Billionaire club (there is only a restaurant of the King of Spain, in Fornells)
- English McLaren Mercedes came here for testing cars
- it's Spain! olé! :)
- sangria fiestas...hic... :)
- Beady Eye's "an alcohol lemon haze"...the lemon Pomada.. gin comes from here
- British history, fought against france. British palaces, etc.
- usually, no criminals (that's why Noel loves it, lol)
- the real place of mayonnaise (that is not french), it comes from the capital of Minorca near here, Mahòn -> mahonesa
- superb typical lobster to eat in Fornells, my favourite place, "caldereta de llagosta (langosta)"
- charming Catalan language is mostly spoken (but it's more the Minorca dialect)
- you can easily go to nice Barcelona too, that's what we always do, arriving by ship: unique experience, looking at the first lights of dawn and the island coming closer

press time. Among the worst 2011 albums: "Noel Gallagher's Beady Eye" (?! LOL). This one already started celebrating 2012. What about Liam Gallagher's High Flying Birds?
Another one: best 2011 songs, "Bring the light, this belter is still better than anything on older brother Noel’s boring sedate first solo album. The perfect getting ready to go out for a night on the town (and tiles) song."
(anyway, that song came out in 2010)
Another one rubbishing both Noel and Liam, and also Coldplay and Adele.
