Oasis last day: Beady Eye formed on same night as Oasis split

LONDON - Photo (hotel Raphael bar in Paris) after the split, Liam really looks like one who didn't sleep :)
Other bits from the interview. Liam admits his bandmates agreed to work together on August 2009 after guitarist Noel Gallagher quit the group following a row with his singer brother.
When asked how Beady Eye formed, Liam said: "It was that night. We all went back to the hotel, got on the piss and it was like, 'Alright, lets fucking do this.' I might have apologised to the lads, I might not have, I can't remember.
"We just got on with it. Because we knew right away that was definitely it. We knew it was done.
"It was just another argument between me and our kid had about the usual, just fucking.... him being him and me being me. End of.
It wasn't a big fucking deal, we'd had a lot worse. But I think it was just time, man. I don't think his heart was in it anymore anyway. He wasn't with us no more. So he started the argument, and that was it - I bit. Perfect. I played right into his hands. So there you go."
Gem added: "It was a long night. But I'd gotten to the point where I couldn't even think about playing with anyone else anyway. It wasn't so much about carrying on, we just drew a line and started something new. It took about a day."

Noel was the main songwriter for Oasis, but Liam insists he never had any doubts that he could be successful without his brother, and reckons the group now have more freedom.
He added: "Did I have doubts about if I would be able to do it without Noel? Never. Not at all.
"I can actually do more without him. It feels different to Oasis, it feels we can do thinks we couldn't have in Oasis. I don't know what exactly but I definitely feel a lot freer.
"Oasis was so fucking set in stone. I was gutted at the time we split up, but that's life innit? Shit happens, you move on."

They have spoken also about the Royal Wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton that will take place on Westminster Abbey, London, on April 29, 2011.
Liam: "Good luck to them man, and fair play to them". He admitted that the bank holiday declared in celebration won't have much effect on him or new band Beady Eye.
"We don't observe holidays in this band. It's all one big holiday, one big fucking day off.
Gem said that we will all be sick of it by next year, but admitted "It's class" that most people will enjoy two days off work that week.

On Christmas, Liam: "I'll be sitting there all day, getting wankered. Probably eating loads an' all. Same as ever".
When asked what his kids wanted from Santa he said "Loads of fucking toys."
Andy admitted that Christmas is always the same for him filled with kids, dogs, presents, films, TV and booze. "I'm just sat there on a sofa with a can of lager in my hand shouting at people."
Beady eyed fans should keep a eye out for Gem who admitted that he will be standing in the back of the queue of his local Argos, taking back unwanted presents.
