there will be Paul Weller and Kasabian to perform

Paul Weller is to receive a top honorary prize, the annual Godlike Genius title. The former frontman for The Jam will perform with ex-Oasis man Gem Archer.

The shortlists for the Shockwaves NME Awards 2010 have been announced.
